Due to the nature of plumbing and HVAC services, most work performed is labor-based and cannot be returned once completed. Therefore, refunds are generally not issued for completed services.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review your concerns and, if necessary, offer a re-evaluation or corrective service at no additional labor cost where appropriate.
Deposits for scheduled work may be refundable if cancellation is made according to our cancellation policy. If materials have already been purchased or work has begun, deposits may be non-refundable.
Emergency service calls involve immediate dispatch and labor allocation. As such, emergency service fees are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched.
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
