We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to better serve all customers and manage our technicians’ schedules efficiently.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a service fee, especially if a technician has already been dispatched or prepared for the job.
If a customer is not available at the scheduled time without prior notice, a no-show fee may apply to cover technician dispatch and travel costs.
Emergency plumbing and HVAC services are prioritized. Once a technician is dispatched, cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of service delivery.
